Experienced licensed health care professionals will work with your physician in a coordinated effort to meet your needs. Our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facilities provide a healing environment while you receive instruction and direction from members of our highly trained and compassionate staff.

St. Mary’s rehabilitation center proudly offers a variety of physical, occupational and speech therapies, as well as a variety of programs, including incontinence, wound care, intravenous therapy and diabetic care. We also provide multidisciplinary care planning, medication administration and monitoring, pharmacist-led medication reviewing and a visiting medical director and board-certified geriatric psychiatrist. Our highly skilled and educated team of therapists and staff work with each patient, as well as with the family and the primary care physician, to design the care plan. This ensures that each patient can make the progression from a successful rehabilitation to the place where one truly wants to be—home.
