St. Mary Healthcare Center is a skilled nursing and Alzheimer's/dementia care retirement community offering quality, specialized care for your loved one. 2. We've been around for nearly 40 years, yet we're still fresh and new. In 2002 we completely renovated our community areas and all of our residents' rooms to further enhance our homelike atmosphere.
3. We're a part of the Franciscan Communities family, which is an operating division of the Franciscan Sisters of Chicago Service Corporation. We're sponsored by the Franciscan Sisters of Chicago, which started the first Catholic nursing home in Chicago back in 1894. Franciscan Communities currently operates 16 seniors living communities in five states.
4. Our residents enjoy housekeeping services, personal laundry and linens, as well as an onsite beauty/barbershop, dining room, resident and family lounges, multiple enclosed courtyards, aviary and life-enrichment programs.
